medium tomatoes, diced
1 recipe prepared

Preparation
  1. Place baguette slices on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Using a basting brush, lightly brush with oil. Broil until golden, approximately 2 minutes each side.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, sauce, and Toasted Onion. Mound 1 tbsp of mixture onto each baguette slice.
  3. Sprinkle with goat cheese, and place under broiler until cheese is lightly golden, 2–3 minutes.
